Jake, a service technician, came out to our house to check our central A/C when it wasn’t working. He made it his top priority to have it up and running in no time, with a smile on his face, despite the 90 degree weather! I definitely recommend Brecke’s great service to anyone and everyone. Thank you!

A “Variable Refrigerant Flow” (VRF) system is a HVAC technology that supports variable motor speeds and refrigerant flows. Typically installed with an air conditioner inverter, a VRF system is conditioned by a single outdoor condensing unit and uses the refrigerant as the cooling and heating medium. The refrigerant is circulated within the building to multiple “Fan-Coil Units” (FCUs). A VRF system can operate at varying speeds—rather than just ON/OFF like typical systems—so it works only at the rate needed, which results in substantial energy savings. This also gives occupants greater control over the interior temperature of the building.
Call us at (319) 396-7055 or toll-free at 1-800-728-7055 to see how a VRF system can help you save money on your energy bills!
Mike and Doug were at my house in Robins today and installed my water line. They did a superior job. These two guys are nothing but the best all the way around. I will tell all my neighbors to get these guys to do the work for them. Thank you. I know quality work when I see it.

Use Brecke if you want a mechanical contractor that is professional and has superb equipment. Our building has several public offices so it’s vital that our contractor is easy to contact, quick to arrive, and can dependably handle all of our heating, ventilating and cooling needs.
